摘　　要：为更好地服务于我国轨道交通领域重大战略推进和重大工程建设,高校需要培养一批具有“学铁路、爱铁路、干铁路”报国热忱的国际化研究型人才。分析了现有公派留学研究生科技报国教育研究现状,进一步提出了轨道交通公派留学研究生科技报国精神教育模式。建立了涵盖教育主体、教育载体和教育客体的“三体联动”教育范式,为公派留学生在精神层面保驾护航,引导公派留学生坚定政治信仰,提高科技报国的使命感、民族归属感和社会主义核心价值观的认同感,夯实公派留学生意识形态阵地建设,实现公派留学项目的多重效益。To better support China’s major strategic advancements and engineering constructions in the rail transit field,universities must cultivate a group of internationally-oriented,research-driven talents with a deep passion for“learning about railways,loving railways,and working for railways”.This article examines the current state of research on technology and education for public-funded international graduate students and proposes a paradigm to foster their spirit of technology and education in rail transit.This paper establishes a three body linkage education paradigm that covers the educational subject,educational carrier,and educational object,providing spiritual protection for public funded international students,guiding them to form a firm political belief,enhancing their sense of mission,national belonging,and identification with socialist core values in serving the country through science and technology,consolidating the ideological construction of public-funded international students,and realizing the multiple benefits of public-funded international study projects.
