摘  要:“国际商法”是国际经济与贸易专业的核心课程之一,是一门理论性和实践性均较强的课程。随着经济全球化的深入和经贸方式的更新,加之以“互联网+”为背景的现代化信息技术的发展影响和改变着“国际商法”课程的授课内容与方式,线上线下相结合的混合式教学成为教学改革发展的方向和热点。基于“国际商法”课程目前所存在的课程知识内容与行业需求不同步问题、传统教学手段与技术对接不同频问题以及课程知识内容与思政内容融合不紧密的问题,提出了“在线学习空间、课堂学习时间、教学资源拓展、教学模型指导、教学评价多元”的“五位一体”混合式教学理念,以期最终达成德业兼修的教学目标,为完善线上线下混合式教学的实施提供优化策略。International Business Lawis one of the core courses of the major of International Economics and Trade,and it is a course with strong theoretical and practical aspects.With the deepening of economic globalization and the update of economic and trade methods as well as coupled with the development of modern information technology with the background of“Internet+”,the teaching content and methods of international business law courses have been influenced and changed.Blendingteaching that combines online and offline has become the direction and hot spots of teaching reform and development.Based on the current problems in international business law courses,such as the out-of-synchronization of course knowledge content and industry demands,the problem of different frequencies in the connection between traditional teaching methods and technology,and the loose integration of course knowledge content and ideological and political content,this article proposes the concept of“online learning space,classroom”.The“five-in-one”hybrid teaching concept of“learning time,teaching resource expansion,teaching model guidance,and diverse evaluation”is expected to ultimately achieve the teaching goal of“cultivating both morals and professionalism”and provide guidance for improving the implementation of online and offline hybrid teaching.
