摘　　要：“安全法学”课程对培养学生熟悉并遵守安全法律规范、树立法律意识、自觉承担社会责任等具有重要作用。针对学生参与率低等问题,通过深入挖掘课程思政资源、建立数据库、事故案例教学等方法,对课程进行“3+”模式创新:“课程思政+”模式把“应国家之需、解人民之急、保一方平安”的理念植入学生灵魂;“大数据+”模式培养学生使用现代工具的能力;“事故案例+”模式提高学生课堂参与率。通过课程教学改革,实现“安全法学”课程教学线上线下的结合,显著提升教学质量。The course of Safety Law plays an important role in training students to be familiar with and abide by safety laws and regulations,establish legal awareness,and consciously assume social responsibilities.In response to the low participation rate of students,the teaching team have innovated the“3+”model of the curriculum through in-depth exploration of curriculum ideology and politics resources,establishment of databases,and teaching of accident cases.The“curriculum ideology and politics education+”model embeds the socialist values of“responding to the needs of the country,solving the urgent needs of the people,and ensuring the safety of the whole country”into the souls of students;the“big data+”model cultivates students’ability to use modern tools;the“accident case+”model improves students’classroom participation rate.Through course teaching reform,the combination of online and offline safety law teaching had been achieved,and significantly improved the quality of teaching.
