摘  要:在地铁车站基坑开挖过程中时常会遇到不可改迁的大直径刚性管线,其抵抗变形能力差且自重大,接头处易破坏,使管线保护难度加大。同时,目前大直径刚性管线原位保护搭建难度大,后期拆除麻烦,对人力物力消耗较大。针对以上问题,本文提出基于横跨昆明官南大道与规划道路交叉口的地铁车站基坑的污水管线原位保护,设计一种施作简单、安全经济的原位悬吊保护体系,并应用有限元软件Midas GTS对基坑施工过程进行模拟计算,分析管线及围护结构受力及变形情况,探究原位悬吊保护体系、施工工序、围护结构的设计可靠性。结果表明:所提出的管线原位悬吊体系其结构简单、设计合理、施工简便,能够显著提高大直径刚性管线悬吊保护过程中的稳定性和安全性。此外,所提出的施工方案有效确保了围护结构的安全控制及原位悬吊体系保护能力的发挥。During the excavation process of subway station pits,it is common to encounter large-diameter rigid pipelines that cannot be relocated.These pipelines have poor resistance to deformation,are heavy,and their joints are prone to damage,complicating their protection.Moreover,the in-situ protection and construction of large-diameter rigid pipelines present challenges,and their subsequent removal is cumbersome,leading to significant manpower and resource consumption.In response to this issue,this paper proposes an in-situ suspended protection system for the sewage pipeline at the subway station pit located at the intersection of Guannan Avenue and a planned road in Kunming.Designed to be simple,safe,and economical,this system employs the finite element software Midas GTS to simulate the pit's excavation process,analyze the stress and deformation of the pipeline and surrounding structures,and explore the reliability of the in-situ suspended protection system,construction procedures,and design of the surrounding structures.The results demonstrate that the proposed in-situ suspended system,with its structural simplicity,logical design,and ease of construction,significantly improves the stability and safety of protecting largediameter rigid pipelines.Furthermore,the proposed construction scheme effectively ensures the safety control of the surrounding structures and the efficacy of the in-situ suspended protection system.
