浅议如何提升市政给排水管道施工质量

摘　　要：市政给排水系统属于十分关键的基础设施,其建设质量、功能完好性体现着城市的运营能力。本文首先分析了市政给排水管道施工作业中存在的施工图纸不合理、管道渗漏水、管道接口错位、回填土沉陷等几种常见质量问题,并提出了控制图纸会审、施工测量、沟槽开挖与支护施工控制、管基制作、管材安装、控制下管阶段的接口紧密性、闭水试验、保障管道地面的回填质量等质量优化措施,希望能为同类型工程提供有价值的参考。Municipal water supply and drainage system is a very critical infrastructure,and its construction quality and functional integrity reflect the operation ability of a city.This paper first analyzes several common quality problems in the construction of municipal water supply and drainage pipeline,such as unreasonable construction drawings,pipe leakage,pipe interface dislocation,backfill soil subsidence,etc.Quality optimization measures such as controlling joint review of drawings,construction measurement,trench excavation and support construction control,pipe base making,pipe installation,controlling interface tightness of pipe installation stage,closed water test,ensuring backfill quality of pipeline ground are proposed,hoping to provide valuable reference for similar projects.
