摘　　要：随着我国城市化建设的推进,现代居住社区已然逐渐形成了统一的建筑规划,因此,现代居住社区建设与国土空间规划体系的构建已成为必然。在过去多年的规划发展历程中,现代社区规划理论经过实践的总结,已经形成了一套较为完备的理念体系,使得其能够更好地满足现代城市规划的发展需求。基于此,本文简要阐述了现代居住社区建筑规划的理念及其国土空间规划。With the advancement of urbanization construction in China,modern residential communities have gradually formed a unified architectural planning,so the construction of modern residential communities and the construction of national territorial spatial planning system have become inevitable.In the past years of planning and development,the theory of modern community planning has formed a relatively complete conceptual system through practical summary,so that it can better meet the development needs of modern urban planning.Based on this condition,this paper briefly expounds the concept of modern residential community architectural planning and its national territorial spatial planning.
