摘 要:本文以某框架结构房屋的抗震鉴定及加固为研究对象,通过对广东电网有限责任公司梅州供电局仓库的实地调查和测试,评估该房屋的抗震性能,并提出相应的加固方案。通过普查、变形测量、劣损程度检查和材料力学性能检测等方法,对房屋的结构状况进行了全面的分析。基于计算复核和评定结果,提出了相应的加固措施,以提高该房屋的抗震能力和安全性。In this paper,the seismic appraisal and reinforcement of a frame structure house is taken as the research object,through the field investigation and test of the warehouse of Meizhou Power Supply Bureau of Guangdong Power Grid Corporation,the seismic performance of the house is evaluated,and the corresponding reinforcement scheme is proposed.Through the methods of general survey,deformation measurement,defect degree inspection and material mechanical property testing,the structural condition of the house is comprehensively analyzed.Based on the results of calculation review and evaluation,corresponding reinforcement measures are proposed to improve the seismic resistance and safety of the house.
