摘 要:悬式绝缘子作为输电线路中的关键组件,被用以支撑导线,保持导线与杆塔之间的绝缘距离,从而确保电力系统的正常运行。然而,其钢脚断裂的事故时有发生,给电力系统的稳定运行带来了影响。基于此,本文首先阐述了110kV输电线路中悬式绝缘子工作原理,其次对悬式绝缘子钢脚在110kV输电线路中的应用价值进行了分析,再次研究了悬式绝缘子钢脚常见损坏形式,及其在110kV输电线路中断裂的原因和影响,最后提出相应的预防措施,希望能为相关人员提供参考。As a key component in power transmission line,the suspension insulator is used to support the conductor and maintain the insulation distance between the conductor and the support structure of an overhead line,so as to ensure the normal operation of electric power system.However,pin fracture accidents often occur,which affect the stable operation of electric power system.Based on this condition,this paper firstly expounds the working principle of suspension insulator in 110kV power transmission line,then analyzes the application value of suspension insulator pin in 110kV power transmission line,subsequently studies the common damage forms of suspension insulator pin,and the causes and influence of pin fracture in 110kV power transmission line,and finally puts forward corresponding preventive measures,hoping to provide reference for relevant personnel.
