摘　　要：本系统用于对WIA-PA通信协议产品无线通信功能的测试,通过自动入网来判断产品射频电路硬件是否有故障,主要应用于RTU、温度表、压力表、示功仪、流量计等产品。本系统由上位机和无线测试工装两部分组成,可以自动完成初始化、被测产品通电和断电、配置被测产品网络信息、复位被测产品、获取在网状态、输出测试结果等。应用本系统替换专业无线测试仪表可以节省生产线成本,提高生产效率,降低操作与维护的难度。This system is used to test the wireless communication function of WIA-PA communication protocol products,and judges any fault of product radio frequency circuit hardware through automatic access.It is mainly used in RTU,thermometer,pressure gauge,dynamometer,and flow meter.This system is consisted of a host computer and a wireless test tooling,and can automatically complete initialization,power on and off the product under test,configure the network information of the product under test,reset the product under test,obtain network status,and output test results.The replacement of professional wireless test instruments using this system saves production line costs,streamlines production,and reduces the difficulty of operation and maintenance.
