摘 要:为确定振杆密实法加固液化砂土地基的施工参数,通过“振杆密实设备—土体”简化模型计算和现场试验研究,分析了不同激振频率和振杆下沉/提升速度对加固效果的影响,进而选取最佳施工参数。简化模型计算结果表明:双自由度激振模型考虑了减振横梁和减振弹簧的作用,计算结果更接近实际情况,计算得到共振频率为17.2Hz。现场试验结果表明:试验场地采用激振频率为17Hz处理,地基土地标贯击数提高了50%~300%,锥尖阻力和侧壁阻力至少提升了60%和75%;相较于15Hz和19Hz的锥尖阻力提升了15%。振杆下沉/提升速度为1.5m/min时,地基锥尖阻力和侧壁阻力分别提升约为100%和60%,加固效果最佳。研究成果可为振杆密实法处理液化砂土地基的施工参数确定提供依据。In order to determine the construction parameters of the vibrating rod compaction method to reinforce the liquefied sand foundation,the influences of different excitation frequencies and the sinking/lifting speed of the vibrating rod on the reinforcement effect are analyzed through the simplified model calculation with the′vibrating rod compaction equipment-soil′and the field tests,and then the best construction parameters are selected.The simplified model calculations show that the double-degree-offreedom excitation model takes into account the role of damping beams and damping springs,and the calculation results are closer to the actual situation,and the resonance frequency is calculated to be 17.2Hz.The field test results show that:the test site is treated with an excitation frequency of 17Hz,and the number of standardized penetrations of the foundation soil has increased by 50%to 300%,and the cone tip resistance and the side-wall resistance have been increased by at least 60%and 75%;compared with 15Hz and 19Hz,the cone tip resistance has increased by 15%.When the sinking/raising speed of the vibrating rod is 1.5m/min,the foundation tip resistance and sidewall resistance are increased by about 100%and 60%respectively,and the reinforcement effect is the best.The study results could provide a basis for the determination of the application parameters for the treatment of liquefied sandy soil foundations by using the vibrating rod compacting method.
