摘　　要：安徽吹打乐是八皖大地最具代表性的音乐艺术之一,历史悠久,风格独特。新时代下,安徽吹打乐传承和发展虽有明显改观,但是仍以外界帮扶为主,未能形成自身的造血机制,对此应及时树立起IP理念。通过对QQ音乐“国乐焕新”IP计划这一成功案例的深入学习和分析,总结该案例在内容、传播和衍生方面的成功经验,通过面向现代审美、构建传播体系、扩展产业链条,实现转向、传播和再生IP开发,促进这门古老艺术的可持续发展。Anhui wind and percussion music is one of the most representative musical arts in the eight provinces of Anhui.It has a long history and unique style.In the new era,although its inheritance and development have obviously improved,but still outside help-based,unable to form its own hematopoietic mechanism.In order to realize the sustainable development of this ancient art,we should set up the IP concept in time and explore a new IP development path from three angles of turn,spread and regeneration.
