摘 要:对二氯丙醇环化反应制备环氧氯丙烷进行了理论研究,并将超重力强化反应技术应用于中试试验。利用超重力强化反应技术与环化塔耦合,通过加入氯化钙配制质量分数20%的氢氧化钙悬浊液,氯化钙质量分数达到20%时进行二氯丙醇环化反应。在该优化工艺条件下,环化塔氯化钙溶液中氯化钙质量分数最终达到26%左右,COD在10 g/L以下,达到较理想的反应效果;另外,由于环化塔氯化钙浓度的提高,降低了装置蒸汽消耗,达到节能降耗目的。Theoretical research was conducted on the preparation of epichlorohydrin by cyclization reaction of dichloropropanol,and the supergravity enhanced reaction technology was applied to pilot experiments.The supergravity enhanced reaction technology was coupled with a cyclization tower,and a suspension of calcium hydroxide with a mass fraction of 20%was prepared by adding calcium chloride.Dichloropropanol cyclization reaction was conducted when the mass fraction of calcium chloride reached 20%.Under the optimized process conditions,the calcium chloride solution in the cyclization tower contained calcium chloride of mass fraction about 26%,with the COD below 10 g/L,and the reaction effect was ideal.In addition,due to the increase in calcium chloride concentration in the cyclization tower,the steam consumption of the device reduced,the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction was achieved.
