摘　　要：介绍了一次盐水精制工序两碱含量在线监测仪、钙镁含量在线监测仪和氯化钠浓度在线监测仪的测量原理,对比分析了在线检测数据与人工检测数据,为稳定生产和降低成本奠定了基础。The measurement principles of two-alkali content online monitoring instruments,calcium magnesium content online monitoring instrument,and sodium chloride concentration online monitoring instrument for primary brine refining process were introduced.A comparative analysis was conducted between online detection data and manual detection data,laying the foundation for stable production and cost reduction.
