摘 要:铜绿假单胞菌是临床常见的条件致病菌,常引起院内感染。该菌抗生素耐药形势严峻,是全球范围内导致耐药相关死亡人数最多的病原体之一。噬菌体能特异性裂解细菌,在控制抗生素耐药铜绿假单胞菌引起的感染方面具有潜在的应用前景。然而,铜绿假单胞菌容易产生对噬菌体的耐受性,影响了噬菌体的实际应用。主要从铜绿假单胞菌耐受噬菌体后的表型变化、耐受噬菌体的机制及目前应对铜绿假单胞菌噬菌体耐受性的主要策略等方面进行综述,为应用噬菌体防控铜绿假单胞菌感染提供参考。Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a common opportunistic pathogen and a frequent cause of nosocomial infections.This bacterium is resistant to most currently available antibiotics and has emerged as one of the top six pathogens causing resistance-related deaths worldwide.Bacteriophages(phages)are viruses that specifically infect bacteria and have potential application prospects in controlling infections caused by antibiotic-resistant P.aeruginosa.However,the rapidly evolving resistance of P.aeruginosa to phages affects the efficacy of phage applications.This study reviews the progress of phage-resistant P.aeruginosa,focusing on the phenotypic changes of phage-resistant P.aeruginosa,the mechanisms of phage resistance,and the main strategies to overcome the phage resistance of P.aeruginosa,providing insights into the application of phages to prevent and control P.aeruginosa infections.
