摘  要:细菌耐药性已被认为是21世纪人类健康面临的重要威胁之一。接合转移是耐药基因在细菌群落中(尤其是肠杆菌科细菌)水平转移的最重要途径。Ⅳ型分泌系统(T4SS)是一个大分子转运系统,由Ⅳ型偶联蛋白、内膜复合体、外膜复合体和接合性菌毛组成,T4SS在耐药质粒的接合转移中起关键作用。近年来以质粒编码的T4SS为靶标的细菌耐药性防控新策略不断兴起,就耐药质粒的T4SS分类、结构和分布以及靶向T4SS的质粒依赖性噬菌体(PDBs)进行综述,并提出基于PDBs的耐药性防控策略,以期为耐药性传播的防控提供新思路。Antimicrobial resistance has been recognized as a major threat to human health in the 21st century.Conjugation is the most important pathway for the horizontal gene transfer of antimicrobial resistance genes in bacterial communities,especially among Enterobacteriaceae.The type IV secretion system(T4SS)plays a key role in the bacterial conjugation process.T4SS is a macromolecular transport system,which includes a type IV-coupled protein,an inner membrane complex,an outer membrane complex and a conjugative pilus.In recent years,targeting at T4SS has emerged as a novel strategy to combat antimicrobial resistance.In this review,we mainly summarize the research progress on the plasmid-dependent bacteriophages,especially T4SS-targeting phages.
