摘　　要：目的:分析肩关节镜下不同缝合方式修复肩袖损伤的短期疗效。方法:选择81例接受肩关节镜下肩袖修复术住院患者作为研究对象,其中实验组在肩关节镜下使用双排线缝合技术(n=42);对照组使用单排线缝合(n=39)技术修补肩袖损伤。记录两组患者术前及术后1、3个月的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Constant-Murley功能评分、肩峰-肱骨头间距(A-H间距),评估两种缝合技术的短期疗效。结果:术后1、3个月,两组VAS评分逐渐降低(P<0.05),且术后1个月实验组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1、3个月,实验组A-H间距均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1个月,实验组Constant-Murley评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月,两组Constant-Murley评分无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:双排线缝合修补肩袖的方式能在早期较好的改善A-H间距,减轻患者痛苦,改善患者功能障碍,是临床医生优先考虑的修补肩袖损伤的治疗方案。Objective:To analyze the short-term efficacy of rotator cuff repair under shoulder arthroscopy with different suture modes.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on patients who received arthroscopic rotator cuff repair.A total of 81 patients were included,with the experimental group undergoing double-row suture(n=42)and the control group undergoing single-row suture(n=39)techniques for rotator cuff injury repair under arthroscopic guidance.The short-term efficacy of the two suture techniques was assessed by recording the VAS pain scores,Constant-Murley functional scores,and the acromio-humeral distance(A-H distance)measured by imaging before surgery,1 and 3 months postoperative.Results:At 1 and 3 months postoperative,the VAS scores of both groups gradually decreased(P<0.05),and the VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group at 1 month postoperative(P<0.05).The A-H spacing at 1 and 3 months postoperative in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Constant-Murley score at 1 month postoperative in theexperimental group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in Constant-Murley scores at 3 months postoperative was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Suture-bridge suture repair of the rotator cuff can improve the A-H distance at an early stage,reduce the pain of patients,improve the functional impairment of patients,and is a preferred treatment option for repairing rotator cuff injuries by clinicians.
