摘　　要：介绍了露天矿扇形移置带式输送机的移设方式、组成和工作原理。通过对扇形移置带式输送机现有机尾的缺点进行分析研究,为解决现有机尾移设不便、周期长等问题,研制一种扇形移置带式输送机新式旋转机尾。通过对新式旋转机尾结构及采取的一些关键技术方法进行分析研究,进一步验证研制的可行性,并阐述了扇形移置带式输送机采用新式旋转机尾的优势及其应用情况。新式旋转机尾的成功研制,为露天矿扇形移置带式输送机高效率作业提供了可靠的设备保障。Introduced the installation method,composition and working principle of the fan-shaped displacement belt conveyor in open-pit mine.By analyzing and studying the shortcomings of the existing tail of the fan-shaped displacement belt conveyor,in order to solve the problems of inconvenient tail installation and long cycle,a new type of rotating tail of the fan-shaped displacement belt conveyor was developed.By analyzing and studying the structure of the new rotating tail and some key technical methods adopted,further verified the feasibility of the development,and explained the advantages and application of using the new type of rotating tail for the fan-shaped displacement belt conveyor.The successful development of the new rotary tail provides reliable equipment support for the efficient operation of the fan-shaped displacement belt conveyor in open-pit mine.
