摘  要:针对ZY10500-11-22D支架在实际工程应用中顶梁部分出现的问题,对该支架进行理论力学计算。损坏位置为加强板与主肋交界处。通过力学计算与数值模拟得出,顶梁在该处的损坏与受弯无关,为受扭导致。通过把相邻主肋增高15 mm,将支架的使用寿命从15 000次提升至30 000次,为支架在极端情况下受损机理分析及结构优化提供理论支撑。Aiming at the problems encountered in the top beam section of the ZY10500-11-22D support during practical engineering applications,theoretical calculations were conducted on the support.The damage location is at the junction of the strengthening plate and the main reinforcement.Through mechanical calculations and numerical simulations,it was found that the damage of the top beam at this location was not related to bending,but caused by torsion.By increasing the adjacent main reinforcement by 15 mm,the service life of the supportt is increased from 15000 times to 30000 times,which provides theoretical support for the analysis of the damage mechanism and structural optimization of the support in extreme situations.
