摘  要:传统悬臂式掘进机装载机构装运能力差,难以实现一次推进装料,在装料时需要反复调动设备才能完成巷道中煤和矸石等物料装运。设计立式全宽装载机构,在保证强度的前提下,提出在铲板左右两侧增设回转副铲板体的设计理念。该装载机构可以提高掘进机的适应性,满足智能化掘进工作面工艺要求,实现一次推进装料,避免反复调机,有效增强装载机构的装载运输能力。The loading capacity of the loading mechanism of the traditional boom type roadheader is poor,it is difficult to realize the one-time propelling loading,and it is necessary to repeatedly mobilize the equipment to complete the loading of middling coal,gangue and other materials in the roadway.Designed vertical full width loading mechanism,and proposed the design concept of adding rotary auxiliary shovel bodies on both sides of the shovel while ensuring strength.The adaptability of the tunneling machine can be improved,which meets the requirements of intelligent tunneling working face technology,achieves one-time loading,avoids repeated machine adjustments,and effectively enhances the loading and transportation capacity of the loading mechanism.
