摘 要:煤矿井下辅助运输是整个煤矿运输系统不可或缺的重要组成部分,辅助运输设备效率直接影响煤炭产量及机组利用率,对整个煤矿运行系统有着十分重要的影响。以WCJ5CE型集装箱运输车自装卸机构为研究对象,对自装卸举升机构进行了有限元静力学分析及模态分析。结果显示,自装卸举升机构强度满足条件,最低固有频率为73.28 Hz,与WCJ5CE型集装箱运输车振动频率相差较多,因此不会发生共振现象。可为集装箱运输车的结构优化提供参考。Underground auxiliary transportation in coal mine is an indispensable and important part of the entire coal mine transportation system.The efficiency of auxiliary transportation equipment directly affects coal output and unit utilization,and has a very important impact on the entire coal mine operation system.Taking the self loading and unloading mechanism of the WCJ5CE container transport vehicle as the research object,finite element static analysis and modal analysis were conducted on the selfloading and unloading lifting mechanism.The results show that the strength of the self loading and unloading lifting mechanism meets the conditions,and the lowest natural frequency is 73.28 Hz.The vibration frequency is quite different from that of the WCJ5CE container transport vehicle,so no resonance phenomenon will occur.It can provide reference for the structural optimization of container transport vehicle.
