摘 要:液压支架为适应不同煤层高度变化普遍配备双伸缩立柱,传统进液口外置设计下的双伸缩立柱存在占用空间大、外部管路多且复杂、检修困难等局限性,很多支架为解决这个问题采用在立柱缸壁打深孔结构,但这种结构形式存在应力集中现象,导致此处结构较为薄弱,在较高工作压力下易发生损坏。通过对双伸缩立柱的缸壁打深孔结构进行优化设计和有限元分析,找出了此处应力集中的影响因素,提出减少应力集中的方法,对该类型双伸缩立柱的设计具有一定的指导意义。In order to adapt to the height changes of different coal seams,hydraulic support are generally equipped with double telescopic column.The double telescopic columns under the design of the traditional design of double telescopic columns with external liquid inlet have the limitations such as large occupation space,multiple and complex external pipelines,and difficulty in maintenance.In order to solve this problem,many supports adopt drilling deep hole structure on the wall of the column cylinder,but there is a stress concentration phenomenon in this structure,which makes the structure relatively weak here and is easy to damage under high work pressure.By optimum design and analysis of finite element of the deep hole structure on the cylinder wall of the double telescopic column,found the influencing factors of the stress concentration here,and proposed methods to reduce the stress concentration,which has certain guiding significance for the design of the type dual telescopic column.
