摘 要:为了缩短隔爆电控箱的设计周期并减少生产成本,利用三维设计软件对箱体进行三维建模和分析。根据防爆规定对隔爆盖板的固定螺栓进行强度校核,对电控箱盖板和整体结构进行力学分析,以应对各种可能的失效状态。对电控箱进行优化处理,方法包括增加盖板厚度以提升强度,采用薄钢板制作箱体,并焊接加强肋来保持强度同时减轻箱体重量,以确保电控箱符合设计标准。In order to shorten the cycle of designing explosion-proof electrical control box and reduce production costs,used 3D design software to carry out 3D modeling and analysis of the box.Checked the strength of the fixing bolts of the explosion-proof cover according to theexplosion-proof regulations,and carried out mechanical analysis of the electric control box cover and the overall structure to cope with various possible failure states.The electrical control box was optimized,the methods include increasing the thickness of the cover plate to improve strength,using thin steel plates to make the box,and welding stiffeners to maintain strength and reduce the weight of the box to ensure that the electric control box meets the design standards.
