摘  要:针对当前JOY 7LS08采煤机摇臂一级行星架焊接结构在使用过程中焊缝开裂造成行星架输出端太阳轮齿轮部分损坏进而引发行星传动系统故障的问题,对加工工艺、零件材料进行了改进,采用整体锻造加工工艺。解决了原一级行星架中行星架本体和太阳轮焊接连接方式带来的焊缝脱焊问题,提升了行星架整体刚性,减少了采煤机摇臂传动系统故障发生频次。In view of the defects of the welding structure of the first-class planetary frame of the rocker arm of the JOY 7LS08 shearer,the cracking of the welding seam during the use of the first-class planetary frame,the partial damage of the solar gear at the output end of the planetary frame results in the failure of the planetary transmission system,improvements have been made to the processing technology and component materials,adopting integral forging processing technology.It solves the problem of weld-off caused by the welding connection between the planetary frame and the sun wheel in the original first-class planetary frame,improves the overall rigidity of the planetary frame,and reduces shearer rocker transmission system failure frequency.
