摘　　要：为了更好地固定4100XPC电铲扶柄注油器,彻底解决扶柄注油器频繁漏油的故障,介绍了电铲扶柄注油器的作用及工作原理,分析了4100XPC电铲扶柄注油器原有的固定方式和存在的问题,给出了改造的总体设计思路及具体设计方案。结果表明,改造后的4100XPC电铲扶柄注油器固定可靠,注油器及相关零部件更换方便,彻底避免了扶柄注油器漏油故障的出现,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。In order to better fix the 4100XPC electric shovel handle lubricator and solve the problem of frequent oil leakage of electric shovel handle lubricator,the function and working principle of the shovel handle oiler were introduced,the original fixing methods and existing problems of the shovel handle oiler were analyzed,and the overall design idea and specific design scheme of the renovation were given.The results show that the modified 4100XPC shovel handle lubricator is fixed reliably,the lubricator and its related parts are easily replaced,and the oil leakage fault of the handle lubricator is completely avoided.It has achieved good economic and social benefits.
