摘 要:为实现沿空留巷动压承载区围岩的有效控制,以屯宝煤矿902工作面运输顺槽为研究背景,通过理论分析、现场实践等方法对沿空留巷动压承载区临时支护进行了研究。在分析沿空留巷开采技术条件的基础上,通过理论分析确定沿空留巷动压承载区1 m范围内所需的支护阻为2 464 kN;设计了ZQ4000/18/39D型强力单元式智能临时支护装置,给出了其主要技术参数与技术特征;结合沿空留巷开采技术条件,提出了具体的临时支护方案。实践表明,临时支护技术应用效果良好,可以满足沿空留巷动压承载区围岩控制的要求。In order to effectively control the surrounding rock in dynamic pressure bearing area of gobside entry retaining,taking the transportation headgate of 902 working face in Tunbao coal mine as the research background,the temporary support for the dynamic pressure bearing area of gob-side entry retaining was studied through theoretical analysis and practical methods.On the basis of analyzing the technical conditions of gob-side entry retaining,the required support resistance for the dynamic pressure bearing area was determined as 2464 kN in 1 m range through theoretical analysis.The ZQ4000/18/39D type strong unit intelligent temporary support device was designed,and the main technical parameters and characteristics were given.A specific temporary support plan has been proposed combined with the technical conditions of gob-side entry retaining.Practice shows that the application effect of temporary support technology is good,which can meet the requirements for controlling the surrounding rock in the dynamic pressure bearing area of gob-side entry retaining.
