摘 要:针对目前煤矿采掘装备过程信息反馈少、运行状态数据单一分散、无法按装备类型进行有效整合,提出一种煤矿采掘装备数据系统分析预警方法。通过装备内有线、装备间无线的传输方式,依据不同装备数据特点建立特征值,并通过模糊C均值聚类进行风险判别。该方法建立的数据系统具有通用性和可扩展性,可按照当前装备类型选择配置并分析预警,利于生产设计人员实时掌握装备信息、预判装备存在问题、有效提高装备智能化水平。A coal mining equipment data system analysis and early warning method was proposed to address the lack of feedback on the current coal mining equipment process,single and scattered operational status data,and the inability to effectively integrate according to equipment types.By using wired within equipment and wireless transmission between equipment methods,characteristic values are established based on the characteristics of different equipment data,and risk identification is carried out through fuzzy C-means clustering.The data system established by this method has universality and scalability.It can select configurations and analyze warnings according to the current equipment types,which is beneficial for production designers to grasp equipment information in real time,predict equipment problems and effectively improve the level of equipment intelligence.
