地方综合院校医工结合实践路径的思考与探索

摘　　要：医工结合是加速医学科学技术创新和创新型人才培养的重要驱动力。该文通过对以工科为优势学科的十所“双一流”高校在科学研究、学科发展、人才培养等方面的医工结合的实践路径和特征进行分析,提出地方综合院校应在借鉴“双一流”高校的经验基础上,审视自身学科专业优势与资源保障条件,抓住发展机遇,深度融入区域发展,勇于打破传统学科壁垒培养跨学科师资队伍,争取、联合多方力量,构建政、教、研、用医工结合联合体,因地制宜开展医工结合学科专业建设和复合型人才培养探索,切实推动地方综合院校实现高质量、内涵式发展。The disciplinary integration of medicine with engineering is an important driving force to accelerate the innovation of medical science and technology and the training of innovative talents.Based on the analysis of the practice path and characteristics of disciplinary integration of medicine with engineering in the aspects of scientific research,development of academic subjects and talent training among ten"double-first-class"universities with engineering as their preponderant disciplines,participating in China's construction plan of world-class universities and first-class disciplines,this paper is devoted to some suggestions and recommendations for local comprehensive universities as follows.On the basis of learning from the experiences of"double-first-class"universities,they should seize development opportunities,survey their own professional advantages and resource guarantee conditions,and deeply integrate into regional development.We should be brave in breaking the barriers between traditional disciplines to train interdisciplinary teachers,strive to cooperate with various forces to build a unifiedmed icine-engineering entity involving governance,education,research,practice,explore professional construction of medicine-engineering discipline and cultivation of inter-disciplinary talents adapted to local conditions,and effectively promote local comprehensive colleges and universities to achieve high-quality and intensive development.
