摘　　要：在新医科理念提出的新形势下,如何引导研究生阶段学习是我们教育教学工作者需要面临的新问题。目前病理学研究生的培养模式存在实践能力培养不足、科研创新能力有待提高、忽视人文素养和思政教育等问题。该文从病理学研究生培养模式的改革出发,针对思政教育融入临床能力和科研素养训练两个方面进行深入探讨。通过中南大学基础医学院病理学系/湘雅医院病理科的实践证明,这一模式对于提高病理学科研究生的临床能力、科研素养以及思想政治素质具有积极的意义。In the new context of the"New Medicine"concept,guiding graduate students'learning is a fresh challenge that educators need to address.The current pathology graduate training model faces issues such as inadequate cultivation of practical abilities,the need to improve scientific research and innovation capabilities,and neglect of humanistic qualities and ideological and political education.This paper,starting from the reform of the pathology graduate training model,conducts an in-depth exploration of the integration of ideological and political education into the cultivation of clinical capabilities and scientific research literacy.The practice of the Department of Pathology,School of Basic Medical Sciences/Department of Pathology at Xiangya Hospital,Central South University,has demonstrated that this model is instrumental in enhancing the clinical abilities,scientific research literacy,and ideological and political qualities of pathology graduate students.
