摘 要:气力输灰系统运行受到多种因素影响,尤其是落料的起拱堵塞和输送管道的堵塞。为保证系统在低能耗下稳定运行,通过引入灰斗落灰管温度监测技术和自动反吹技术,解决灰斗起拱堵塞问题。在输送管道堵塞问题上,提出依据气力输送特性图结合自寻优控制技术,解决输灰系统不同灰质用不同气量随时调整的难题,使系统能够保持在最佳气量下而不堵管的稳定运行状态。The operation of pneumatic ash conveying system is affected by various factors,especially the arch blockage of the falling material and the blockage of the conveying pipeline.To ensure stable operation of the system under low energy consumption,the present work tried to address the problem of arch blockage in the ash hopper by introducing temperature monitoring technology and automatic backblowing technology.On the issue of pipeline blockage,a combination of pneumatic conveying characteristic diagram and self optimization control technology is proposed to solve the problem of real-time adjusting the ash conveying system with different ash content and gas volume,so that the system can maintain a stable operating state without pipeline blockage under the optimal gas volume.
