摘  要:由于电力系统电缆部署的特异性,对其进行运维管理的难度较大,为此提出基于OneNET的电力系统电缆运行维护技术。在分析A电力系统的运行配置以及具体的电缆配置基础上,分别从系统规划与部署以及数据接入与存储角度对电力系统电缆运行状态进行监测,并提取接收到的电缆状态数据的温度、电流、电压特征,利用OneNET平台建立基于电缆状态数据的故障诊断模型,根据电缆状态数据在电缆状态与故障之间映射关系集中的匹配结果,实现对故障的诊断。测试结果表明,在对A电力系统电缆为期30天的运维管理过程中,电缆阻抗的拟合误差始终稳定在2.0×10^(-4)以内,其中最大误差仅为1.7749×10^(-4),最小误差也仅为1.2626×10^(-4)。The present work tries to propose a OneNET-based technology of power system cable operation and maintenance,aiming at addressing the high difficulty in power cable maintenance owing to the specificity of power cable deployment.Based on the analysis of the operation configuration and specific cable configuration of the A power system,monitoring of the cable operation status of the power system is carried out from the perspectives of system planning and deployment,as well as data access and storage,and the temperature,current,and voltage characteristics of the received cable status data are extracted.Using the OneNET platform,a fault diagnosis model based on cable status data is established,which works according to the matching results of the mapping relationship set between cable status data and faults.The application of the proposed technology has been indicated by test results to achieve a fitting error remained lower than 2.0×10^(-4),with a maximum error of only 1.7749×10^(-4)and a minimum error of only 1.2626×10^(-4),during the 30-day operation and management of the A power system cables.
