摘　　要：现有有载调压开关通常需要在变压器停电状态才能进行补油。对此,设计了一种变压器有载调压开关在线带电补油装置,该装置在呼吸器管内部安装一根小铜管进入有载调压开关油箱内部,在油管底部装设止回阀,并配置一个补油装置,从而向油枕内补油。该装置实现了自动化在线带电补油功能,解决了配备贵州长征电气ZVM型等系列真空有载分接开关的变压器经常需要停电的问题。The oil replenishment of the currently prevailing on-load tap changers requires switch-off of power transformers and hence results in power outage.The present work designed an oil replenish apparatus for on-load tap changers which enables outage-free operation.The device apparatus can install a small copper pipe in the respirator tube that can enter into the tap changer′s oil pillow.The oil pipe is equipped with a check valve at the bottom,and an oil filling device which feeds the oil into the oil pillow.The apparatus realizes automatic outage-free oil replenishment function,and provides an approach to addressing the problem of frequent switch-off of power transformers equipped with Guizhou Changzheng Electric ZVM series vacuum on-load tap-changers.
