摘 要:为优化小浪底供电系统35 kV GIS开关柜安装效果,提高开关柜的密封性能,保障其长期稳定运行,提出了一种全新的安装技术。首先,准备开关柜安装所需的工器具,为安装奠定良好的基础;其次,安装开关柜本体,将其固定在基础上后,连接开关柜内部的母线,并在此基础上安装GIS气体绝缘系统;最后,采用上进上出接线方式,安装与调试二次回路。安装测试结果表明,应用该技术后,6组GIS开关柜的气体泄漏率明显较低,在提高开关柜的密封性能方面取得了显著成效。In order to optimize the installation effect of 35 kV GIS switchgear in the Xiaolangdi power supply system,improve the sealing performance of the switchgear,and ensure its long-term stable operation,a new installation technology is proposed.This installation methodology includes first,the preparation of the necessary tools and instruments for the installation of the switchgear to lay a solid foundation for the installation,second,installing the switchgear body,fixing it on the foundation,connecting the busbars inside the switchgear,third,installing a GIS gas insulation system,and finally,using the upper in and upper out wiring method to install and debug the secondary circuit.The installation test results show that after the application of this technology,the gas leakage rate of 6 groups of GIS switchgear is considerably lower,and significant results have been achieved in improving the sealing performance of the switchgear.
