摘 要:针对配电网小电流单相接地短路故障,基于高精度暂态故障录波器合成的零序电压开展中性点不接地系统的高阻接地分析,即采集配电网下不同线路、不同位置的高精度故障录波器信号来判断故障线路与位置。真实试验表明,通过零序电压、零序电流研判故障可以有效缩短线路故障恢复时间,实现小电流接地系统接地故障准确定位。The present work focused on performing the high-resistance grounding analysis on neutral ungrounding system through synthesizing the signals from high-precision transient fault recorders to cope with small current single-phase grounding short-circuit faults in distribution networks.It mainly studied the faulty line determination and the fault location by collecting recorder signals of various lines and at various positions in the distribution network.Actual experiments demonstrated that fault determination through zero-sequence voltage and zero-sequence current facilitates effective reduction in time for fault recovery,and in achieving accurate location of grounding faults in low-current grounding systems.
