某区域绝缘管型母线的现状分析与运维建议

摘　　要：变压器低压侧母线是电站的重要组成部分,对于母线的选型是否合理、运维是否得当,直接关系到电站的安全稳定运行。近期,某区域接连出现多起管型母线故障,给电站的安全、稳定运行带来不利因素。为保障母线的安全可靠运行,梳理了该区域变压器低压侧母线的种类、型号、生产厂家、投运时间和故障情况等信息,并给出了不同类型母线的维护与检修关键点,对于变压器低压侧母线的选型和运维具有一定的参考意义。The bus on the low-voltage side of the transformer is an important part of the power station.Whether the selection of the bus bar is reasonable and whether the operation and maintenance are appropriate is directly related to the safe and stable operation of the power station.Recently,there have been a number of tubular bus failures in a certain area,which has brought unfavorable factors to the safe and stable operation of the power station.In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the bus,statistics were made and the types,models,manufacturers,operation time and fault conditions of the low-voltage side bus of the transformer in this area were counted and sorted out.The key points of maintenance and overhaul of different types of buses are given,which has certain reference significance for the selection and operation and maintenance of low-voltage buses of transformers.
