摘　　要：目的:探讨LEF1、TUBB2B在卵巢癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征关系。方法:采用多重荧光免疫组织化学方法检测143例卵巢癌组织中LEF1及TUBB2B的表达。结果:LEF1在复发卵巢癌组织的表达(3.55±1.99)明显高于未复发卵巢癌组织(2.90±1.49),差异具有统计学意义(P=0.035)。LEF1的表达与患者的年龄、病理类型、FIGO分期、肿瘤大小、淋巴结阳性、是否有远处转移没有相关性。TUBB2B的表达与以上临床病理特征均无相关性。TUBB2B表达与LEF1呈正相关(r^(2)=0.852,P<0.0001)。结论:LEF1与TUBB2B在卵巢癌中的表达存在一定相关性,可能共同作用促进卵巢癌的发生发展。Objective:To investigate the expression of LEF1 and TUBB2B in ovarian cancer tissues and their relationship with clinicopathological features.Methods:Multiplex fluorescence immunohisto-chemistry was used to detect the expression of LEF1 and TUBB2B in ovarian cancer tissues of 143 cases.Results:The expression level of LEF1 in recurrent ovarian tissues(3.55±1.99)was signifi-cantly higher than that in non-recurrent ovarian cancer tissues(2.90±1.49),and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.035).However,there was no correlation between the expression of LEF1 and the age of the patients,FIGO staging,tumor size,lymph node positivity,and distant me-tastases.There was no correlation between the expression of TUBB2B and clinicopathologic features mentioned above in ovarian cancer patients.But TUBB2B expression was positively correlated with LEF1 expression(r^(2)=0.852,P<0.0001).Conclusion:There is a correlation between the expres-sion of LEF1 and TUBB2B in ovarian cancer,and both indicators may work together to promote the development of ovarian cancer.
