摘  要:基于组合材料学思想,利用材料并行合成平台快速制备了121种具有不同组分的稀贵金属元素表面修饰的TiO_(2)气敏材料膜,开发MOS气敏材料的快速筛选方法,采用XRD、FESEM、EDS等对材料膜进行了微结构表征,并通过高通量筛选平台对所有样品进行了气敏性能分析。筛选结果表明,对于TiO_(2)棒分别修饰0.5%(如无特殊说明,均为摩尔分数)Eu、0.1%Gd、0.1%V、0.1%Rb、0.5%Pt、0.4%Pd的样品,它们在350℃下对1000×10^(-6)H_(2)的气敏响应值可分别达到334、192、1074、1120、62778、39643。其中具有超灵敏响应的TiO_(2)-0.5%Pt样品在350℃时的浓度检测限可低至2×10^(-6)(0.002‰),而TiO_(2)-0.4%Pd在50℃对1000×10^(-6)H_(2)的响应值为15,可见材料具有良好的选择性和长期稳定性,在未来氢能储运安全监测、电池失效前期预警等低浓度氢气检测场合具有广阔的应用前景。With the strategy of combinatorial materials science,121 types of TiO_(2)gas-sensitive material films decorated with rare and noble metals were prepared rapidly via the parallel material synthesis platform and characterized by high-throughput screening effectly.The micromorphology of samples was analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM)and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS).The screening result indicates that the response of TiO_(2)decorated with 0.5mol%Eu,0.1mol%Gd,0.1mol%V,0.1mol%Rb,0.5mol%Pt and 0.4mol%Pd can reach 334,192,1074,1120,62778 and 39643 at 350℃to 1000×10^(-6)H_(2),respectively.Among them,the concentration detection limit of TiO_(2)-0.5mol%Pt can be to 2×10^(-6)(0.002‰),while the response of TiO_(2)-0.4mol%Pd is 15 at 50℃to 1000×10^(-6)H_(2).It is founded that the screening materials have the good selectivity and long-term stability.The materials have broad application prospects in low-concentration hydrogen detection fields such as hydrogen energy storage and transportation safety monitoring and early warning of battery failure in the future.
