摘 要:子宫内膜异位性疾病(endometriosis disease,EMD)包括子宫内膜异位症和子宫腺肌病,两者都属于雌激素依赖的慢性炎症性疾病,以严重的慢性盆腔痛、痛经、性交困难以及不孕症为主要症状。严重影响患者的生活质量,其发病机制尚不明确。多种良、恶性疾病(包括子宫内膜异位性疾病)中均存在KRAS基因突变,但KRAS基因与子宫内膜异位性疾病的相关性尚无定论。本综述首先介绍KRAS基因及其介导的信号转导通路,其次阐述子宫内膜异位性疾病中的KRAS基因相关研究,以期为子宫内膜异位症及子宫腺肌病的诊断和治疗提供参考依据。Endometriosis disease(EMD)includes endometriosis and adenomyosis,both of which are estrogen-dependent chronic inflammatory diseases characterized by severe chronic pelvic pain,dysmenorrhea,dyspareunia,and infertility.The pathogenesis of these diseases,which seriously affects patients′quality of life,is unclear.KRAS gene mutations are present in a variety of benign and malignant diseases,including endometriosis,but the correlation between the KRAS gene and endometriosis is inconclusive.This review first introduces the KRAS gene and its mediated signaling pathway,then describes the KRAS gene-related studies in endometriotic diseases,and finally summarizes the current research status on the KRAS gene in endometriotictype diseases,to provide a reference basis for the diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis and adenomyosis.
