针灸联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后偏瘫患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸联合康复训练对脑卒中后偏瘫患者的治疗效果.方法:选取2021年1月至2023年6月本院收治的100例脑卒中后偏瘫患者为研究对象.采取随机数字表法,将其分为观察组(n=50,采用针灸联合康复训练)和对照组(n=50,采用康复训练).比较两组患者临床疗效、主要证候积分、运动功能和神经功能、日常生活能力.结果:治疗后,观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者各项主要证候积分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者Fugl-Meyer评分高于对照组,美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者Barthel指数评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:针灸联合康复训练能提升对脑卒中后偏瘫患者的治疗效果,改善患者症状,提升患者日常生活能力.Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:A total of 100 patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=50,received acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training)and control group(n=50,received rehabilitation training).The clinical efficacy,main syndromes scores,motor and neurological functions,and daily living ability of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the main syndromes in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Fugl-Meyer score of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the score of the National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)was lower than that of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Barthel index score of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with hemiplegia after stroke,improve the symptoms of patients and their daily living ability.
