摘  要:目的:探讨注射用母牛分枝杆菌联合3HLZE/4HL方案对肺结核患者T淋巴细胞亚群及肺功能的作用.方法:选取2021年2月至2023年3月期间本院诊治的90例肺结核患者为研究对象,按照是否联合用药,将其分为研究组(n=45,接受注射用母牛分枝杆菌联合3HLZE/4HL抗结核方案治疗)和对照组(n=45,接受常规3HLZE/4HL抗结核方案治疗).比较两组患者治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群指标[CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)]及肺功能[用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)及最大呼气峰流速(PEF)]水平.结果:治疗结束时,研究组患者CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);FVC、FEV1、PEF水平均较对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:注射用母牛分枝杆菌联合3HLZE/4HL方案对肺结核患者T淋巴细胞亚群水平失衡的改善效果更好,更利于增强患者免疫力,促进患者肺功能更好的改善.Objective:To explore the effects of injection of Mycobacterium bovis combined with 3HLZE/4HL regimen on T lymphocyte subsets and lung function in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Method:A total of 90 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis treated at our hospital from February 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into study group(n=45,received injection of Mycobacterium bovis combined with 3HLZE/4HL anti-tuberculosis treatment)and control group(n=45,received conventional 3HLZE/4HL anti tuberculosis treatment)according to whether they received combination therapy.The T lymphocyte subsets[CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)]and lung function[forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV_(1))and peak expiratory flow(PEF)]before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.Result:At the end of treatment,the study group had higher levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)than control group,while CD8^(+)was lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of FVC,FEV_(1),and PEF were all higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mycobacterium bovis for injection combined with 3HLZE/4HL regimen has a better effect on improving the imbalance of T lymphocyte subsets in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,which is more conducive to enhancing patients'immunity and promoting better improvement of patients'lung function.
