摘　　要：目的:探讨健康信念模式教育结合集束化护理在消化道肿瘤化疗泵持续化疗患者中的应用.方法:选取2022年1月至2023年8月在本院收治的68例消化道肿瘤化疗泵持续化疗患者作为研究对象.根据随机数字表法,将其分为研究组(n=34,采用健康信念模式教育结合集束化护理)和对照组(n=34,采用常规护理).连续干预8周后,比较两组患者药物输注时间误差、自我管理效能以及不良反应发生情况.结果:干预后,两组患者药物输注时间误差比较,研究组患者在各范围误差较对照组小,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,研究组自我管理效能评分均较对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:健康信念模式教育结合集束化护理可有效减少消化道肿瘤化疗泵持续化疗患者药物输注时间误差,提高自我管理效能.Objective:To explore the application of health belief mode education combined with cluster nursing in patients with gastrointestinal tumors undergoing continuous chemotherapy using chemotherapy pump.Methods:A total of 68 patients with gastrointestinal tumors undergoing continuous chemotherapy using chemotherapy pump in our hospital between January 2022 and August 2023 were enrolled in this study.According to random number table method,they were divided into study group(n=34,received health belief mode education combined with cluster nursing)and control group(n=34,received routine nursing).All patients were intervened for 8 weeks.The time error of drugs infusion,self-management efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,time error of drugs infusion in study group was less than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,scores of self-management efficacy in study group were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Health belief mode education combined with cluster nursing can effectively reduce time error of drugs infusion and improve self-management efficiency in patients with gastrointestinal tumors undergoing continuous chemotherapy using chemotherapy pump.
