摘　　要：目的了解老年人对老年综合评估的真实体验。方法本研究为描述性质性研究。采用目的抽样法,选取2024年1—4月在北京医院老年综合评估门诊接受评估的17名老年人进行半结构化深度访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法对文本资料进行分析。结果老年人对老年综合评估的体验可归纳为3个主题,分别为不明确的就医期待(包括对老年综合评估了解有限、对老年综合评估的预期模糊);正性的就医体验(包括可全面客观地评价健康状况、接受老年综合评估与传统医疗服务间的不同之处、可满足老年人主动健康的需求、有利于提升健康自信);提升获益感的发展需求(包括需要更加详细的干预指导、持续随访追踪、提升就医可及性)。结论老年人对老年综合评估的认知不足,但对老年综合评估的整体体验较为积极。医护人员应充分考虑老年人的需求,促进老年综合评估的发展。Objective To explore the real experience of older people in comprehensive geriatric assessment.Methods This study was descriptive and qualitative.From January to April 2024,purposive sampling was used to select 17 older people who underwent assessment at the Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment Clinic of Beijing Hospital for semi-structured in-depth interviews.Colaizzi 7-step analysis method was used to analyze the data.Results The experience of older people in comprehensive geriatric assessment were summarized into three themes,namely unclear expectations for medical treatment(limited understanding of comprehensive geriatric assessment and vague expectations for comprehensive geriatric assessment),positive medical experiences(comprehensive and objective evaluation of health status,acceptance of differences between comprehensive geriatric assessment and traditional medical services,meeting the active health needs of older people,and promoting health confidence),and development needs to enhance their perception of benefit(the need for detailed intervention guidance,continuous follow-up and tracking,and the need to improve medical accessibility).Conclusions Older people have insufficient understanding of comprehensive geriatric assessment,but their overall experience of comprehensive geriatric assessment is relatively positive.Medical and nursing staff should fully consider the needs of older people and promote the development of comprehensive geriatric assessment.
