摘  要:为应对高速公路偶发事件下造成的交通拥堵、车辆延误等问题,充分考虑智慧高速公路对交通流和交通事件的感知能力,提出一种应用于不同交通场景下,以可变限速控制、应急车道动态管控、动态匝道控制和上游远端截流为核心的多方式协同分级管控策略。根据所提出的策略,选取了交通事故和道路施工两种典型场景,基于VISSIM仿真软件,对这两种事件进行二次开发与参数设置,采用时间和空间占用指标来描述事件的属性,包括占用车道数、占道位置和事件持续时间等。并且结合不同背景流量,提取可能最大排队长度、延误等评价指标,通过仿真推演验证了管控策略的有效性。提出的多级协同管控策略逻辑框架,可作为面向高速公路管理人员在处理不同交通事件时的决策需求的统一技术流程,从而为智慧高速公路多维度、高密度感知环境下的交通协同管控提供技术支撑,对于提高高速公路的交通运行效率和保障交通安全具有重要作用。In order to deal with traffic congestion and vehicle delays caused by occasional traffic accidents on expressways,in the paper,fully considering the capability of smart highway to sense traffic flow and traffic events,a multi-modal collaborative hierarchical control strategy is proposed to be applied to different traffic scenarios,with Variable Speed Limit(VSL),Hard Shoulder Running(HSR)dynamic control,dynamic ramp control and upstream remote cut-off as the core.According to the proposed strategy,two typical scenarios of traffic accidents and road construction are selected,and based on VISSIM simulation software,the secondary development and parameters setting of these two events are carried out.Then the time and space occupancy indicators are used to describe the attributes of the events,including the number of occupied lanes,the location of occupied lanes and the duration of the events.By combining different background traffic,the evaluation indexes such as possible maximum queue length and delay are extracted,and the effectiveness of the control strategy is verified by simulation extrapolation.The logical framework of multi-level collaborative control strategy proposed can be used as a unified technical process oriented to the decision-making needs of highway managers in dealing with different traffic events,thus providing technical support for collaborative control of traffic in a multi-dimensional and high-density sensing environment of smart highway,which is important for improving traffic efficiency and ensuring traffic safety of highway.
