摘  要:随着汽车保有量的增加,城市居民停车需求与停车位不匹配的矛盾日益突出,为缓解我国城市路内停车问题,提出一种面向多元场景的城市路内停车技术方案。通过研究城市路内停车技术,分析路内停车特点,基于道路条件、车位设置、停车时长、路内停车位信息采集技术等多因素,建立面向场景的路内停车分析模型RSST-T,并基于RSST-T模型,研究在不同场景下的路内停车解决方案,并在Z市某区城市级的路内停车系统中实施应用,最大程度保证技术方案的可行性、经济性、科学性。With the increase of car ownership,the contradiction and mismatch between the parking needs of urban residents and parking spaces is becoming increasingly prominent.To alleviate the problem of on-road parking in Chinese cities,a multi scenario oriented urban on-road parking technology solution is proposed in the paper.By studying urban on road parking technology and analyzing the characteristics of on road parking,a scenario oriented on road parking analysis model RSST-T is established based on multiple factors such as road conditions,parking space settings,parking time,and on road parking space information collection technology.Based on the RSST-T model,the on-road parking solutions are studied under different scenarios,and then applied in the urban on-road parking system of the City Z so as to ensure the feasibility,economy and science of the technical solution to the greatest extent.
