摘  要:旨在评估高强三维网作为边坡柔性生态防护结构面层材料的实际效用,并针对其长期服役性能进行深入研究。通过模拟降雨冲刷试验和人工加速老化试验研究了无防护、高强三维网防护和骨架防护3组防护方式对边坡抗冲刷性能的影响以及不同型号高强三维网的抗老化性能。结果表明:(1)高强三维网对坡面的防护性能更为优异,可使冲刷泥水含砂量由39%降至18%;(2)高强三维网老化后质量衰减率仅为传统三维网的50%左右,使用寿命是传统三维网的8.4倍;(3)添加炭黑抗老化剂可延长材料使用寿命,但会使初始韧性和强度降低,此时材料的拉伸强度仍足以满足使用要求。该抗老化剂主要在后半程(老化300 h后)发挥作用,后半程的强度衰减率仅为前半程的1/3。研究成果可为高强三维网生态防护技术的优化和推广提供重要的理论和实践支持。This study aims to assess the practical utility of high-performance three-dimensional geonets as a surface layer material for flexible ecological protection structures on slopes,and in-depth study is carried out to explore their long-term performance.The effects of three types of protection(no protection,high-strength three-dimensional mesh,and framework protection)on slope erosion resistance and the anti-aging performance of different types of high-strength three-dimensional mesh are studied by simulated rainfall erosion test and artificial accelerated aging test.The results show that:(1)high-strength three-dimensional geonets exhibit exceptional protective performance on the slope surface,leading to a significant reduction in sediment content in the runoff from 39%to 18%.(2)After aging,the mass decay rate of high-strength three-dimensional mesh is only about 50%of that of traditional three-dimensional mesh,and the service life is 8.4 times that of traditional three-dimensional mesh.(3)The incorporation of carbon black as an aging inhibitor proves effective in extending the material's service life,but it will reduce the initial toughness and strength,and the tensile strength of the material is still enough to meet the requirements of service.Notably,the aging inhibitor primarily comes into play in the latter stages of the aging process,specifically after 300 hours of aging,with the strength degradation rate in the latter phase being only one-third of that in the initial stage.These research findings furnish crucial theoretical and practical support for the optimization and widespread adoption of high-strength three-dimensional geonets in ecological protection technology.
