摘 要:市域(郊)铁路是弥补城市轨道交通覆盖不足,满足外围组团与主城区核心区域快速联系,加强城乡一体化建设进程的轨道交通线路。其速度目标值的合理选择不仅要满足线路的功能定位和运营需求,同时也是确定工程规模、车辆选型、线路条件以及工程投资的基础。为研究市域(郊)铁路速度目标值方案的比选方法,在成渝双城经济圈背景下,结合市域(郊)铁路发展趋势,以重庆市域(郊)铁路大足线为例,在分析大足线功能定位及时间目标要求的基础上,从满足时间目标以及缩短城市空间时空距离两个目标出发,对120,140 km/h以及160 km/h三个速度目标值方案进行综合比选。最终结合客流特征,通过对不同速度目标值情况下时间目标的适应性、站间距的匹配性、节时效果、达速比、土建工程投资以及运营成本等指标的定性和定量分析,确定本线采用速度较高的160 km/h速度目标值方案能够较好地满足时间目标值需求,为长大距离出行的乘客出行提供优质服务。Suburban railways are rail transit lines designed to make up for the inadequate urban rail transit coverage,facilitating the rapid connection between suburban clusters and core urban areas and promoting the integrated process of urban-rural development.The reasonable selection of the speed target value should not only meet the functional and operational needs of the line,but also serve as the basis for determining the project scale,vehicle selection,line conditions,and project investment.To explore the optimal speed target value for suburban railways in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle,the study takes the Dazu Line of the Chongqing Suburban Railway as a case study.Through analyzing the functional and time target requirements of the Dazhu Line,as well as the development trend of suburban railways,the study made a comprehensive comparative selection on three speed target value schemes of 120 km/h,140 km/h,and 160 km/h,from the perspective of meeting time targets and reducing spatial and temporal distance between cities.Based on the characteristics of passenger flow,the study qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed indicators,including the adaptability to time targets,station spacing compatibility,time-saving effects,speed achievement ratio,civil engineering investment,and operational cost under different speed target schemes.After comparison,the 160 km/h speed target value scheme was determined to be the most suitable option for this line.It can better meet the time target requirements,providing high-quality service for passengers traveling long distance.
