摘  要:武汉市江汉四桥拓宽工程主桥采用与旧桥外形一致、呈反对称布置的主跨232 m独塔混合梁斜拉桥,跨径布置为(232+70+40+20)m,采用刚构体系。主梁采用钢-混叠合梁与预应力混凝土梁组成的混合梁,钢-混结合面位于主跨距桥塔中心线9 m处,主跨采用双边工字形叠合梁,桥面宽23.5 m,标准梁高1.6 m;边跨采用预应力混凝土边主梁和箱形截面主梁,桥面宽23.5~27.0 m,标准梁高2.1 m。桥塔采用“A”形混凝土塔,塔高114.5 m,其下布置整体式承台,采用18根ϕ2.8 m的群桩基础。斜拉索按空间扇形双索面布置,共104根斜拉索,采用标准强度1770 MPa高强平行钢丝索,主跨梁端采用锚拉板锚固,边跨梁端设置槽口锚固,塔端采用锚固齿块锚固,主塔斜拉索锚固区纵、横桥向均配置有无粘结预应力钢棒。汉阳岸边墩采用T形钢筋混凝土板墩及钻孔桩基础;汉口岸边墩、辅助墩均采用钢筋混凝土独柱墩及钻孔桩基础。桥塔塔柱采用爬模施工;边跨主梁采用支架现浇施工,主跨主梁采用悬臂拼装施工。结构计算结果表明,大桥结构刚度及应力均满足要求。The main bridge of the Jianghan Fourth Bridge widening project in Wuhan is a single-pylon cable-stayed bridge featuring a hybrid girder with a main span of 232 meters.This design mirrors the existing bridge's form and follows an anti-symmetric spatial arrangement.The span layout is(232+70+40+20)meters,utilizing a rigid frame system.The main girder is a composite structure consisting of steel-concrete composite girders and prestressed concrete girders,with the steel-concrete interface located 9 meters from the pylon's central line.The main span adopts double I-shaped composite girders with a bridge deck width of 23.5 meters and a standard girder height of 1.6 meters.The side spans employ prestressed concrete edge girders and box-section main girders,with bridge deck widths ranging from 23.5 to 27.0 meters and a standard girder height of 2.1 meters.The A-shaped concrete pylon stands at 114.5 meters and is supported by an integrated pile cap consisting of 18 group piles,eachφ2.8 meters in diameter.The stay cables are arranged in a spatial fan-shaped pattern with double planes,totaling 104 cables made from high-strength parallel wires with a standard strength of 1770 MPa.These cables are anchored at the ends of the main span girder using anchor plates,at the side span girder ends using slot anchors,and at the pylon using anchor blocks.The unbonded prestressed steel bars are reinforced in both the longitudinal and transverse directions of the pylon's cable anchorage zone.On the Hanyang side,the riverbank piers utilize T-shaped reinforced concrete slab piers and bored pile foundations,while the Hankou riverbank and auxiliary piers use reinforced concrete single-column piers and bored pile foundations.The pylon columns are constructed using climbing formwork,the side span main girders are cast-in-situ using scaffolding,and the main span main girders are assembled using cantilever.Structural calculations confirm that the bridge's stiffness and stress levels meet the required standards.
