摘 要:采用系统综述的方式,通过近20年来警用装备对运动能力及任务执行影响的文献进行系统性梳理。结果显示大重量警用装备负荷会造成使用人员心肺功能的负担,装备材质的差异会加重任务执行时的热负担,枪械类装备配置位置对关节活动度影响较大,防弹背心的使用会增加运动损伤的风险,装备负荷增加会导致一般身体活动能力及与工作任务相关的运动能力下降。探究职业性装备对个体的影响,以期为后续警察防护装备研究提供依据。An approach of systematic review is adopted to systematically examine the literature regarding the effects of police officers'personal protective equipment on their exercise capacity and performance of occupational tasks over the past 20 years.The results reveal that a heavy load of such equipment can cause a burden on the cardiopulmonary function of the equipment users,the difference in material of such equipment can exacerbate the thermal load on task performers,the position of firearm-type equipment has a greater impact on joint mobility,the use of bulletproof vests can raise the risk of sports injuries,and the increase in equipment load can lead to a decline in general physical fitness and work-related exercise capacity.By exploring the impact of occupational equipment on individuals,this study aims to provide a basis for further research on police officers'personal protective equipment.
