新文科背景下大学书院制模式建设探索

摘　　要：2019年教育部等13个部门联合启动“六卓越一拔尖”计划2.0,全面推进新工科、新医科、新农科、新文科建设。在此背景下,部分大学深入探索书院制的育人模式,并取得了一定成果。部分大学在书院制建设中主要采用一体化管理模式、双院管理模式和学生社区模式。但书院制改革过程中也遇到理解存异、运行机制不足和信息技术应用欠缺等困难。各类大学可以通过发展思维、多维协同、信息重构和文化演化的方式,完成三全育人的任务。In 2019,the Ministry of Education and 12 other departments jointly launched the"Six Excellence and one Top-notch"Plan 2.0,comprehensively advancing the construction of new engineering disciplines,new medical sciences,new agricultural sciences,and new liberal arts.Under this context,some universities have delved into the exploration of the academy system for talent cultivation and have achieved certain results.In the construction of the academy system,universities mainly adopt integrated management models,dual-institute management models,and student community models.However,the process of academy system reform has also encountered difficulties such as differing interpretations,insufficient operational mechanisms,and a lack of information technology application.Various universities can complete the task of holistic talent cultivation through the development of thinking,multidimensional collaboration,information restructuring,and cultural evolution.
