摘  要:为研究混凝土内部水化热分布情况,以某产业园工程大体积混凝土承台为研究对象,介绍了相关施工工艺和措施,并采用有限元软件建立三维仿真模型,研究了冷凝管的降温效果。结果表明:1)混凝土表面达到最高温度时的龄期约为2 d,之后降温较快,而混凝土中心区域在龄期范围为3~4 d时才达到峰值温度;2)在管内径为30 mm的管道中通入0.8 m/s的冷凝水时,冷凝管降温效果较好,混凝土内表温差均能控制在25℃以内,混凝土表面产生的拉应力小于混凝土的抗拉强度;3)混凝土龄期2 d后宜在其表面加盖毛毡,延缓表面混凝土的降温速度,控制内外温差。In order to study the hydration heat of concrete,focusing on a massive concrete pile cap of an industrial park project,this paper introduced relevant construction techniques and control measures,and built a three⁃dimensional model by finite element analysis to study the effect of cooling pipe.The results showed that the concrete surface takes about 2 days to reach the highest temperature but then cools quickly,while the core of concrete takes 3~4 days.Moreover,injecting 0.8 m/s water into a pipe with an inner diameter of 30 mm has a better cooling effect.The temperature difference between the surface and the interior of concrete can be controlled within 25℃,making the tensile stress on the concrete surface lower than the tensile strength.It is advisable to cover the concrete surface with felt after the age of 2 days,to delay the cooling of surface concrete and control the temperature difference between the surface and the interior.
