摘  要:超高层建筑转换层钢桁架结构复杂,制作精度要求高,加工难度大。为提高钢桁架构件的加工精度,确保构件的顺利安装,文章以某超高层钢桁架层为例,详细介绍了钢桁架构件的加工工艺及预拼装技术,列举了构件生产加工及预拼装过程中的重点难点,并提出对应的解决方案。结果表明:钢桁架构件施工过程中加强在下料、组装、焊接等阶段的质量控制,并在预拼装阶段采用技术手段加以校核,可以有效保证钢桁架构件的加工质量。本文成果可为其他类似结构加工工艺及预拼装方案的制定提供一点参考。The steel truss structure of the transfer floor in super high-rise buildings is complex, with high precision requirements and high processing difficulty.In order to improve the machining accuracy of steel truss components and ensure their smooth installation, this article takes a super high-rise steel truss layer as an example to introduce the machining process and pre-assembly technology of steel truss components in detail, lists the key and difficult points in the production and pre-assembly process of components, and proposes corresponding solutions.The results indicate that strengthening quality control in the stages of cutting, assembly, and welding during the construction of steel truss components, and using technical means for verification during the preassembly stage, can effectively ensure the processing quality of steel truss components.The results of this article can provide some references for the development of other similar structural processing techniques and pre-assembly plans.
